Process of Coaching

Many people can identify a gap between where they are and where they want to be, and the Coach helps them bridge that gap! Coaches offer input and feedback. She gives specific suggestions, makes requests and helps the client set bigger and more effective goals. Coaches help to implement new strategies to resolve problems and to stay focused and on track.

Additionally Coaches are trained to listen to what is being said and especially for what is not being said. Through this listening process the Coach can learn who the person is, where they are going, where they want to go.

I coach heart-to-heart, opening the client to the beauty and wonder of their very special life. By creating a radiance from within we attract the naturally right people, ideas, and opportunities to us. Radiant Life Coaching is for the individual who trusts the process of his or her own opening and wants the unfolding of their life to be natural, organic and flowing.

Why I Coach

I coach because it fills me up. I coach because my heart needs it to beat regularly and strongly. I coach because I was handed the gift and couldn't turn it down. I coach to hear the silence. I coach to feel the opening. I coach to experience the joy. I coach to taste the discoveries. I coach to touch the Unknown. I coach to talk, to have conversation, to connect.
